Edgehill is a boutique consulting firm inspiring companies to drive growth through transformation, positive customer outcomes and cultural alignment. We build capability in your team to sustain results even after we are gone.  Otherwise we have failed. We build new habits and new muscle memory within teams so that they can teach others what they have learned. We focus on broad outcomes like vision, goals and culture shifts, but we also like to go deep in an area or two (what we call a “model area”) so that other teams can see results, understand the “new thinking” from their colleagues vs from the consultants.  It is peers teaching peers.  In short, our approach is designed to “teach to fish”.
