Ed Maino is an experienced transformational leader, executive coach and strategic consultant who leverages his wide array of experiences to help individuals and organizations identify and achieve step-change aspirations. As a retired Navy Pilot and Fortune 100 Executive, Ed brings deep experience in building and leading high performing teams in domains such as new business start-ups, marketing, technical operations, new system integrations, acquired business integrations, business process reinvention, risk management and supply chain management.
In addition to his practical business experience, he is also an ICF certified Leadership Coach at the PCC level. He focuses his energies on leaders and teams that are desiring transformational experiences. Ed has designed and developed coaching programs in several organizations that focus on the “Emerging Executive” who are ready to experience vertical development to take their skills and competencies to the next level.
Ed’s specialties include: Executive Coaching, Team Dynamics/Cultural Development, Organizational Change, Transition/Transformation Coaching, and Emerging Leader Development. He leverages experience with the following frameworks: Leadership Maturity Framework, Leadership Practices Inventory, Leading Through Change, SportsMind, Strategic Influence, Leading with Presence, Conversant – High Performance Communication and Polarities in Coaching. He is a certified practitioner of the Leadership Circle and Personal analysis assessments.
Ed has a degree in Math/Computer Science from The Citadel, completed the Executive Program at UVA’s Darden School of Business and received a Leadership Coaching Certificate from Georgetown University.
