Lane Sanderson

Since a young age, Lane has always found strength from collaborating with and helping others reach their goals. As Edgehill's Marketing & Business Development Manager she is "The Glue" that keeps our business together. ​

Lane has spent the last 25 years supporting others and helping them find success via her positions as an equity analyst, fundraiser, avid volunteer and mother of two. While employed as an equity analyst, Lane spent several years working with Chaos Theory and Fractal Systems. She was immediately drawn to the concepts that within even the most chaotic structures there is order and that small changes can lead to big events. These beliefs help guide her philosophy while helping others.

Lane earned her Master's of Business Administration from the University of Richmond, Robins School of Business and received her BA in History from the University of Virginia. She also has a Design Thinking Certification from UVA’s Darden School of Business
