Sharon Hickman 

Sharon is an innovative, results driven healthcare executive. She is known for her demonstrated track record in strategic development, performance & operational improvement and customer experience,. Her balanced approach includes delivering quality, while managing risk,  and leveraging her background in training & development and safety & improvement science.  Sharon has led transformations for both for-profit and non-profit systems.  Her experience spreads across all aspects of care including clinical and nonclinical areas. Sharon is known for her balanced approach to achieve financial and operational success while also fostering a high quality, safe environment to ensure satisfaction with consumers, patients and employees.


Sharon leverages strong communication skills to motivate teams, build relationships and promote innovative thinking.  Sharon has a passion for strategic program development and partnering with clients to solve complex business problems while leaving a skillset that will help them continue their journey.


Sharon is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, CPHQ and CPPS with a Bachelors in Industrial and Systems Engineering and her Masters in Business Administration with a Healthcare concentration.  Other certifications include Facilitative Leadership Coach from IA, Change Management for BSHSI, Project Management from the University of Richmond.
