Paige Henry
Paige's passion lies in her belief that if you love what you do and provide real value to your customers your work no longer feels like work. It shifts to "doing good". Good for customers, for associates, for key decision makers and shareholders.
She spent nine years in the Food Service business in Washington DC, where process and organizational development were inherent. Paige then shifted to the Financial sector, working for Capital One for 16 years. While there, Paige enjoyed working with the best and brightest. She helped build Capital One into a Fortune 200 company. In that time, Paige gained many certifications, worked with industry legends and consulted not only their internal organizations on Lean and Agile transformations, but their Vendors, Partner Businesses and Non-Profit affiliations around the world.
Paige has a degree from Radford University; a Lean Management System Certification from the University of Kentucky; a Project Management Certification from Georgetown University; an Agile Scrum Master Certification; a PROSCI Change Management certification; SAFE Certification; and Design Thinking Certification from UVA’s Darden School of Business.
