Ted Haenlein 

Ted works with executives and teams at all levels, to build risk management and operational processes for industry-leading results. He has led many Lean Six Sigma transformations across several different industries. Ted has also been directly involved with mentoring and coaching all levels of an organization to ensure lasting success.

As an experienced 6 Sigma Master Black Belt with over fifteen years of experience in Lean Six Sigma deployments and project work, he has developed learning programs for executives and practitioners that are relevant and customized to solve current business issues. Ted is goal oriented, self-motivated with exceptional leadership capabilities and a proven track record of leveraging Lean 6 Sigma principles to design/deploy solutions that eliminate waste, reduce risk, improve cycle time, quality and cost. 

 

Ted holds a B.S. in Ocean Sciences from the US Coast Guard Academy and a M.A. in Mathematics and Teaching from Tulane University in addition to certifications in change management and Lean. He is also an avid rower.
