Figuring out barriers to success can be tricky. Our training provides a safe, collaborative environment for teams to uncover learnings and put them into practice immediately when they return to work. Our mantra is... “an ounce of training and a pound of practice.”  We use a fun, adaptive approach so leaders to learn, practice and sustain new habits.

 Your Training Products

​

  • Team Coaching:  During transformation, our goal is to teach your team to fish. We create team training at all levels so that your whole team is aligned to key outcomes, values and deliverables.  Everyone communicates better, focuses on removing obstacles and builds trust. 

​

  • Leadership Accelerator:  Develop your high potential leaders s with customized interactive training (3-5 days over 4 months) that align with your company’s talent profile/behaviors. We engage your leaders as speakers to share context and leadership lessons.  Outcomes include: new awareness, focus on strategic outcomes, ability to lead larger teams (i.e. step up), focus on diversity and inclusion and deep trust building with peers. If you are ready to differentially invest in your high potential leaders this is the program for you.

  • Workshops:  We offer stand-alone workshops (full-day and ½ day) to help teams tackle specific opportunities.  These include, but are not limited to:  Vision Development, Compass Conversations, Fierce Conversations, Breaking the Glass Ceiling of Growth, Women’s Empowerment and Team Dysfunction.

 

The training made me thing about how to handle the younger generation and their way of thinking.
